Check Current Response Point Version & Upgrade to SP2
First, verify the current version of your Response Point.
If matched, your Response Point is already SP2. Please go to Step 2 directly.
If not matched, your Response Point is earlier version. Please visit the website www.Microsoft.com/ResponsePoint to download the upgrade for your Response Point.

After downloading and Response Point is upgraded, please come back to the Syspine website and
complete Step 2.
